Dead Hang
Grip the bar. Beat gravity. A pure test of grip strength, mental focus and shoulder endurance — the longer you hold, the higher you climb the leaderboard.
Push Ups
Sixty seconds. Perfect form. Maximum reps. The signature upper-body test — chest, shoulders, triceps and core, all in one explosive minute.
Squats
Depth matters. Tempo matters. Crank out clean, full-range squats in 60 seconds and prove your lower-body engine never quits.
Plank Hold
No reps. No rest. Just you, the floor and the burn. The ultimate test of core stability, anti-rotation strength and pure willpower.
Squat Hold
